We shoulder the responsibility of making sure that the facilities under our management are fully operational, so that our clients can concentrate on their core business. We coordinate all the support services involved and deploy the human and material resources required to provide our clients with a safe, comfortable, sustainable and efficient environment in which to work.

Through our monitoring of performance and the collection and processing of operational data, we build up an in-depth understanding of the equipment. This allows us to anticipate wear and tear and inefficiencies, which means we can keep downtime and breakdowns and corrective interventions to an absolute minimum. In essence, we help control the operating costs of the facilities over the medium and long term.

We handle the management of existing contracts, by coordinating, supervising and inspecting all the work that is done. We also help with contract negotiation, for those specialties outsourced by our technical teams.

We deploy a full range of security services, supported by the partnerships we have formed with specialist security providers.

Our reception services are moulded to the schedules and methodologies established in our clients’ procedures and rules and to their specific needs.

We supply daily meal services supported by partnerships with first-class caterers who develop tailor-made solutions to meet our customers' needs.

We provide courier services whose schedules and methodologies are carefully synched to our clients’ procedures, rules and needs.

We provide freight transport services across the entire country, through TL Transportes e Logística Lda., a member of the IPG group.
